"I started taking Tai Chi with Anton this year because I needed to start an exercise program but my chiropractor recommended against aerobics while he was adjusting my cervical spine to correct a 10-year problem with pain, numbness and muscle spasms in my shoulders and arms previously mis-diagnosed as Thoractic Outlet Syndrome.
One morning I woke up with the typical pain & numbness and the starting of a severe muscle spasm in my shoulder (torticollis). I immediately started more Tai Chi exercises. Not only did it stop the onset of the spasms but I experienced total relief of the lingering pain & numbness of the previous night and had no further problems.
